Description

As a Senior French-Speaking Business Analyst & Project Manager, you will manage transformation initiatives within the banking sector and deliver structured outcomes that propel innovation. You will lead stakeholder alignment, apply business analysis and project management methodologies, and coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate meetings with multiple French-speaking stakeholders to ensure alignment and proactive communication.
• Drive transformation projects using Business Analysis and Project Management methodologies to deliver tangible results.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clarity, professionalism, and solution-oriented communication.
• Deliver end-to-end projects within Financial Services / Banking environments.
• Analyze business needs, identify gaps, and propose strategic solutions to optimize processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and report progress to senior management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or related roles within Financial Services or Banking.
• Fluent French language skills (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across French-speaking environments.
• Strong transformation skills, including Business Analysis and/or Project Management expertise.
• Clear, structured, and proactive communication style.
• Solution-oriented mindset and excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
