Senior Business Transformation & Project Management Leader

As a Senior Business Transformation & Project Management Leader, you will drive critical initiatives within CIB Banking Transformation & Performance, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping strategic decisions to enhance digital capabilities and business performance.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and influence key engagement initiatives within CIB Banking Transformation & Performance to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders (GM/MD/Director) across global regions, maintaining a comprehensive view of business change efforts.
• Develop compelling business cases, proposals, presentations, and high-impact documents to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure accurate, timely delivery of management reports on key projects by actively engaging senior stakeholders.
• Proactively plan and provide regular updates on progress, tracking against established plans.
• Chair steering committee and working group meetings to facilitate decision-making and align cross-functional teams.
• Provide consulting and project management expertise across global initiatives, ensuring adherence to compliance and risk controls.

You’re ideal for this role if you have

• 10+ years of relevant experience in business transformation and project management.
• Extensive experience in developing impactful business proposals, presentations, and high-level documentation.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects with medium to high scope and complexity.
• Strong influence and leadership skills, capable of guiding large, cross-functional teams without formal reporting lines.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively across diverse cultural environments.
• Resourcefulness and a global network of resources to achieve project goals.
• Strong program, change, and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and drive decisions within tight timelines.

It is a strong plus if you have

• Certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).
• Experience within the financial services sector, particularly banking transformation projects.

Language required for the role

• Fluent English, essential for communication with global teams and stakeholders.
