Description

The role is responsible for preparing, ensuring data quality, and achieving readiness for migration for a strategic SAP S/4HANA implementation. The specialist will work with business teams, IT teams, and data experts to analyze data quality, prepare and transform migration data, and map it between legacy systems and SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data quality and assess migration readiness for ERP
• Prepare, cleanse, enrich, and transform migration data
• Map data between legacy systems and SAP S/4HANA
• Support harmonization, deduplication, and standardization processes of data
• Perform profiling, extraction, and validation using analytical tools and SQL
• Work closely with business process owners, data experts, and IT teams
• Identify data quality issues and recommend corrective actions
• Participate in migration cycles: mock loads, SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare
• Verify migration outcomes and reconcile data between systems
• Create migration documentation, data quality rules, and data management standards
• Support the rollout and development of tools used for data migration

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in Data Migration, Data Governance, Data Stewardship, or Data Quality Management
• Minimum 1 year experience in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in at least one full ERP implementation including end-to-end data migration
• Ability to prepare, profile, and validate data
• Practical knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Excel and/or Power Query
• Ability to read data models, mappings, and migration templates
• Very good analytical skills and attention to detail
• English at least B2
