Description

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including colleagues from HR and the PR team, in a cross-functional, communication-focused collaboration style.

This role manages employee communication and feedback through company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, and one on one meetings. You will also identify and monitor organizational culture to support company goals and employee satisfaction, complete HR process administrative duties (including onboarding/offboarding and exit interviews), maintain historical HR records, and collaborate with the PR team on brand awareness activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee communication and feedback through meetings, suggestion programs, surveys, newsletters, focus groups, and one on one meetings
• Identify and monitor the organization’s culture so it supports company goals and promotes employee satisfaction
• Carry out administrative duties related to HR processes
• Implement the onboarding and offboarding process
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze findings
• Maintain historical human resource records
• Collaborate with the PR team on activities related to creating and maintaining brand awareness in the market

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the HR area
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Excellent active listening and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
• Strong work ethic and attitude
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
