JAVA Developer (F/M/X)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and improvement of business applications, mainly using Java.
• Work with React.
• Use relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, and Oracle.
• Work with the team to deliver reliable and maintainable software solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand needs and support implementation.
• Take part in the full application lifecycle, including development, testing, maintenance, and support.
• Help investigate and resolve application issues.
• Participate in technical discussions and share ideas with the team.
• Help improve development practices, tools, and delivery processes.
• Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted tools, responsibly.
• Collaborate and share knowledge with an international team.

Requirements

• Understanding of Java fundamentals and object-oriented programming.
• Practical experience building applications.
• Good spoken and written English, enabling active participation in the team’s day-to-day work.
• Experience using AI tools to support software development while critically evaluating their output.
• A proactive and open communication style: asking questions, sharing ideas, and contributing to discussions.
• Good organization, responsibility for work, and openness to feedback.
• Willingness to learn and grow while working on real applications.
