SAP CO Consultant (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions within FI/CO modules, focusing on Controlling: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders and Product Costing.
  • Design solutions for Project System, including project structuring, planning and settlement.
  • Analyze, understand, optimize and develop business functions and processes in coordination with HQ-IT and business departments, including cross-functional processes.
  • Support the IT Financial Management department in the daily administration, maintenance and optimization of the Apptio tool, including planning, billing and reporting of IT costs.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP CO, PS and Apptio, ensuring data quality and alignment between tools.
  • Prepare and maintain functional and technical specification documentation, manage configuration settings and perform tests with business departments.
  • Actively collaborate on strategic Finance and Controlling projects and initiatives, including future S4 operations during ongoing implementation.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
  • Experience as an SAP FI/CO consultant with hands-on expertise in Controlling (CO) and Project System (PS).
  • Good knowledge of customizing, data structures in SAP ERP ECC 6.0 with New-GL, FI/CO processes, and integration with logistics modules.
  • Proficiency in SAP Project System.
  • Basic ABAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, at a minimum B2 level.
  • German knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
