Lead AI Software Developer (Python & Cloud) (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and maintain custom tools and middleware for robust integration between AI agents and company administrative systems.
• Lead the development of APIs, connectors, and interfaces that ensure secure, scalable, and reliable communication between systems.
• Design, implement, and test sophisticated multi-agent workflows and adaptive decision logic for advanced business scenarios.
• Guide developers through mentorship and code reviews, and establish software development best practices across the team.
• Identify, address, and eliminate technical or operational roadblocks to maintain project progress and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with AI Prompt & Agent Engineers, Data Engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize architectures and integration workflows for automation.
• Optimize prompts and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications, performance, and reliability.
• Lead the development of scalable backend services and orchestrate integration across cloud platforms.
• Coordinate complex API integrations with external AI platforms, internal AI platforms, and MCP servers.
• Maintain rigorous technical documentation and drive continuous process improvements.
• Foster innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the development team and organization.

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or comparable qualifications with practical experience.
• At least 8 years of Software Engineering experience, including at least 5 years of backend development with Python in production environments.
• Fluency in English and Polish at a minimum B2 level; German is a plus.
• Experience architecting, developing, and scaling production-grade Python applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI technology, including AI Agents, RAG, MCP, and quality assurance of AI systems.
• Experience with managed cloud services in AWS or Azure, including AI services, storage, and databases.
• Experience deploying containerized applications in scalable cloud environments, such as Kubernetes.
• Experience managing API integrations and coordinating with external AI platforms and internal systems.
• Leadership experience mentoring, guiding, and overseeing developers to ensure code quality and project delivery.
• Openness to frequent international business travel, approximately 10% of the time.
• Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, innovative, growth-oriented mindset and motivation to champion new technologies and best practices.
• Advanced experience with AI-agent frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, or similar, is a plus.
• Experience designing and implementing complex multi-agent systems and adaptive decision logic is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning for domain-specific tasks is an asset.
