ERP Infor M3 Finance Consultant (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Capture demands from internal colleagues to understand the needs of business units and the organization.
• Prioritize assignments, requirements, and working time to maximize business benefit.
• Work with technical specialists and external suppliers to investigate solution possibilities in systems and processes.
• Perform system configuration and related administrative tasks.
• Use requirements and process/information modelling practices to analyze findings and develop suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
• Create conceptual descriptions, prototypes, and mock-ups to support broader solution understanding.
• Develop business cases and risk assessments for solution proposals.
• Prepare project proposals, lead assignments and projects, and deliver regular status reports.
• Gain agreement, usually from senior management, on the best method of introducing solutions to the organization.
• Drive and coordinate change processes, including communication with relevant stakeholders regarding progress and concerns.
• Produce written documentation to support analysis activities, solution rollouts, and system/process documentation.
• Deliver training and coach the organization and teams in implementing recommended changes, including helping resolve issues.
• Show leadership and take charge of workshops and project teams.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of working procedures around business system environments.
• Apply strong business domain knowledge within Finance/Accounting and a good understanding of other business process domains.
• Act as the subject matter expert for IT systems related to the Finance/Accounting domain.
• Support the organization with how-to matters and resolve system issues needed to manage operational business, including hands-on problem solving when required.

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Finance, or Computer Science, ideally with a specialization in Business Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–10 years of professional experience, preferably in similar positions or roles such as Management Consultant, ERP Specialist Consultant, or Finance/Accounting Specialist; experience in IT change initiatives and managing assignments is an asset.
• Working background in Finance/Accounting, with a broad understanding of related business process domains, is an asset.
• Fluent verbal and communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
• Proficiency in Polish (minimum C1 level).
• Strong competence in information systems and in-depth knowledge of ERP ecosystems, particularly Infor M3; SAP experience is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to varied audiences and prepare technical and instructional documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with an informed, evidence-based approach.
• Ability to motivate others and lead change.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a humble approach toward different skill sets and personalities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Passion for creating solutions and a positive attitude toward change.
• Strong interest in business and process improvements.
• Willingness to support colleagues hands-on when needed, while continuously seeking opportunities to coach, simplify, and standardize work procedures to raise organizational competence.
