SAP PLM Consultant (S/4HANA) (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP core and side-by-side solutions for the Order Generation Process and Launch Management Process in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, manage configuration settings, and execute testing in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage implementations in collaboration with developers and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage APIs and integrations with related applications.
• Support deployment activities and go-live coordination.

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, especially in the SD module and API Management.
• Knowledge of SAP DMS, PP, Intercompany, GTS, or Quality Management modules is an advantage.
• Proficiency in quotation processes, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Experience with PLM processes such as Launch Management or Engineering Change Management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of SQL databases.
• Experience with agile methods, e.g. Scrum, would be beneficial.
• Fluency in Polish and English, with a minimum B2 level proficiency; German is an asset.
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style, with a strong quality mindset and analytical, conceptual thinking.
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills, combined with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, at least once per year.
