Product Manager – Flight Management Solutions

As a Product Manager - Flight Management Solutions, you will shape the Flightscape Flight Operations Solutions platform, with a focus on the Flight Plan Manager product. You will deliver solutions that support airline operations and dispatch teams worldwide, working with Engineering, QA, Delivery, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer insights and operational pain points into clear business and functional requirements.
• Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support discovery activities such as interviews, demos, and data analysis to validate problem statements.
• Collaborate with SCRUM teams to design and deliver functionality that adds measurable value for airline operations.
• Prepare and run internal and external demos; capture feedback and convert it into actionable backlog items.
• Maintain feature documentation and contribute to release notes.

Location & Travel

• Kraków, Poland, with a hybrid working approach.
• Approximately 20% travel, domestic and international, for customer workshops and industry events.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Airline Flight Operations or Business Analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to distill complex or ambiguous information into actionable requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cultures and time zones.
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver results.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Aeronautical Science, or a related field.
• Legal authorization to work in Poland.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data integration between multiple products.
• Knowledge of ATC coordination or airline operational processes.
• Exposure to agile tools and methodologies.
• Previous experience writing functional specifications and acceptance tests.
• Dispatch and/or Pilot license.

Compensation

• Base salary range: PLN 15,000–19,500 gross per month.
• Total rewards include base pay and benefits; final compensation is determined by experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
