Description

As SAP SD SME, you will take full E2E ownership of global Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. This is an architecture-shaping, hands-on role driving system design, global S/4HANA rollouts, and compliant operations in a GxP-regulated environment.

Key Focus Areas

• End-to-End O2C Expertise: Full functional setup across Sales Orders, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Returns, and Customer Master Data.
• Support & Governance: Own 2nd-level support, coordinate external AMS providers, and build a thriving Key User community for 1st-level enablement.
• S/4HANA & Transformations: Drive global implementations, rollouts, cutover, hypercare, and process standardization.
• Integrations & Tools: Seamlessly connect SD with MM, FI/CO, PP, QM, TM, LE, and EWM/WM using SolMan (ChaRM) and Jira for release governance.
• GxP Compliance & Stakeholder Management: Translate complex business needs into scalable solutions while bridging business, supply chain, finance, and IT teams.

Must Haves

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP SD expertise across E2E O2C processes.
• At least one full lifecycle E2E implementation/rollout (S/4HANA preferred).
• Solid cross-functional integration skills (SD-MM, FI/CO, EWM/WM) and GxP/regulated environment experience.
• Strong English
