Junior RPA / AI Developer

About the Role

Join a Delivery Squad as a Junior RPA / AI Developer supporting a client specializing in business process automation. The client’s platform combines RPA, AI, and API technologies to automate repetitive tasks and support business growth.

You will work under the guidance of a Squad Lead and closely with a Project Manager on project planning, timelines, and client discussions. You will help define technical approaches, contribute to Statements of Work with modern AI tools, and take ownership across the development lifecycle while collaborating with the team and, when needed, clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain automations using Python and an in-house RPA platform.
• Analyze processes, data structures, and APIs to design robust, reliable solutions.
• Work with AI Agents thoughtfully and critically, identifying potential improvements.
• Maintain quality through QA, technical support, and monitoring.
• Contribute ideas to improve development standards.
• Proactively communicate progress, risks, and blockers to the Squad Lead.

Our Expectations

Technical Requirements

• Professional experience with Python and/or business process automation.
• Academic background or degree in IT, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data structures, and general logic.
• Knowledge of AI and enthusiasm to develop further in this area.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Polish.

What We Offer

• Long-term B2B contract: 7,000–10,000 PLN net + VAT per month.
