RPA Developers – Blue Prism | Mid & Senior

We are looking for two experienced RPA Developers for a 6-month automation project within a large enterprise environment. The team is ideally composed of one RPA Developer Specialist and one Senior RPA Developer Specialist, with flexibility based on candidate availability.

The role

You will work across the full lifecycle of enterprise automation solutions, from technical design and development through testing, deployment and production support.

Depending on seniority, responsibilities may include:

• Designing, developing, testing and deploying automation solutions using Blue Prism
• Creating Solution Design Documents and technical documentation
• Developing reusable automation components and frameworks
• Implementing robust exception handling, logging and auditability
• Building API integrations and queue-based processing solutions
• Supporting production bots, troubleshooting incidents and performing root cause analysis
• Improving resiliency, performance and operational stability of existing automations
• Executing unit, integration and UAT testing
• Working within Agile and DevOps environments
• Collaborating closely with architects, business analysts and QA engineers

Senior-level scope

• Leading technical design and solution architecture
• Defining development standards, reusable frameworks and best practices
• Conducting design and code reviews
• Driving CI/CD and DevOps practices within the automation team
• Designing complex integration and asynchronous processing patterns
• Mentoring developers and providing technical leadership

What we are looking for

For the Specialist position:

• 3+ years of commercial RPA development experience
• Strong hands-on Blue Prism development experience

For the Senior position:

• 5+ years of commercial RPA development experience in enterprise environments
• Expert-level Blue Prism development and framework design experience
• Experience providing technical leadership and owning automation solution design

Blue Prism is essential

Commercial Blue Prism experience is mandatory for both positions and cannot be replaced by another RPA platform.
