AI Engineer (Java/ GCP)

• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland

Project Scope

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/GenAI solutions in production.
• Integrate LLM-based features and AI tools, such as Copilot and Claude, into applications and workflows.
• Develop and maintain Java-based microservices for AI-driven systems.
• Build and maintain AI solutions in the GCP environment.
• Design modern, reliable, high-performance architectures.
• Promote AI adoption to improve development processes and products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and engineering best practices.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver workable solutions.

Competence Demands

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or related roles.
• Experience working with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar solutions.
• Very good knowledge of Java and experience working with microservices.
• Experience implementing GenAI or LLM-based solutions in production environments.
• AI mindset and openness to using artificial intelligence in software development and process improvement.
• Practical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Ability to design modern, scalable technology solutions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Very good English skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of integration patterns for AI-based systems.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and in cross-functional teams.
