Description

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Scrum Master with strong communication skills to guide Agile practices and ensure timely delivery across squads.

Your day-to-day mission

  • Coach teams in Agile principles, practices, and metrics
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs, maintain good data quality, and realign priorities when needed
  • Identify and support the resolution of team impediments
  • Facilitate squad ceremonies to support and improve squad efficiency, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with established ways of working within the squad
  • Monitor performance to drive continuous improvement
  • Work closely with squad leads and promote team dynamics and psychological safety
  • Actively participate in the Scrum Master community

What you need to have to succeed in this role

  • More than 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills, including organization, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated servant-leadership mindset to deliver value effectively
  • Experience working with Agile methodology
  • Change-management and facilitation experience
  • Ability to establish collaborative relationships that promote transparency, trust, and team cohesion
  • Strong English communication skills

What makes you stand out

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
  • PSM1 or equivalent certification
  • Knowledge of TFS, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow
  • Technical expertise and experience in the financial industry
  • Stakeholder-management skills, including organization, negotiation, and conflict resolution
