About the role

  • Design and build solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC), leveraging Salesforce Industries / OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) for insurance clients.
  • Lead the design of IT solutions, taking into account the architecture and its constraints.
  • Serve as a reliable advisor and sparring partner for clients.
  • Independently lead a project team, ensuring the timely completion of tasks and maintaining high standards.
  • Conduct active, regular code reviews and help establish and enforce coding standards across the team.
  • Monitor compliance with project scope, spread good practices, and share knowledge across teams.
  • Create well-structured technical documentation, e.g. using BPMN and UML.
  • Work directly with clients as an active member of an agile project team.
  • Build strong and long-lasting client relationships, spotting opportunities to expand engagement where relevant.

About the requirements

  • At least 4 years of commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role, such as a Tech Lead or Architect.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex (Triggers, Batch, Async Apex) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with REST/SOAP web services integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and clean code principles.
  • Fluency in English at least at B2/C1 level.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions and effectively facilitate workshops.
  • Experience estimating effort at various levels and identifying potential risks.
  • Readiness to travel, with work partially performed from the client site.
  • Ability to work in the European Union.

Nice to haves

  • Familiarity with OmniStudio components: FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures; or strong readiness to ramp up quickly on top of a solid Apex/LWC foundation.
  • Salesforce certifications, e.g. Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer/Consultant, or Application/System Architect.
  • Experience in consulting or financial services.
  • A proactive approach to self-development.
