Senior Product Designer - New Ventures & Consumer UX

Senior • On-site

18,700 - 29,300 PLN/yr

Warsaw, Poland

About the Role: What’s in the Box

HelloFresh Group is building the next generation of consumer experiences across its portfolio—from discovery and personalization to shopping and subscription management. The Consumer UX team designs end-to-end experiences that are simple, delightful, and grounded in real customer needs.

Services are required for Senior UX Designers across two squad contexts: one embedded in Good Chop, the premium American meat and seafood subscription brand, and one in the central Consumer UX team working across the broader HelloFresh Group portfolio. Both roles share the same craft bar, strategic expectations, and ways of working.

These are full-accountability roles inside a fast-paced environment. The provider will partner with Product and Engineering leads on a cross-functional squad, where UX serves as a strategic input to shape direction from the start. This role does not include people management responsibilities.

What You’ll Do: The Recipe

  • Consumer Experience Design: Lead design from concept to shipped product, maintaining full accountability for the consumer experience across touchpoints while holding a high quality bar at every stage.
  • Strategy and Roadmap Influence: Frame problem spaces before briefs are created. Bring evidence-backed consumer insights into squad planning to surface opportunities and inform what gets built.
  • Craft and Execution: Maintain a high personal standard across UI, interaction design, motion, micro-interaction, and UX writing, using animation and motion as intentional strategic tools.
  • AI-Native Workflow: Utilize AI across the entire design lifecycle—including insight synthesis, discovery, rapid prototyping, and design-to-code workflows—to increase execution speed and precision.

What You’ll Bring: The Ingredients

  • Experience: 6+ years in product design, with a proven track record delivering high-quality consumer products end-to-end.
  • Consumer Instinct: Deep understanding of consumer-facing products and decision-making drivers across the full customer lifecycle. Subscription domain experience is a plus.
  • Strategic Range: Ability to define problem spaces before designing solutions, utilizing evidence to refine project scopes and contribute to roadmap strategies.
  • Craft Mastery: Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with deep focus on hierarchy, motion, micro-interaction, and animation. High proficiency in Figma and strong familiarity with front-end technical constraints.
  • High Agency: Proactivity to advocate for optimal design solutions, bringing conviction to decisions and collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • Research Fluency: Ability to frame research questions, run lightweight studies, and translate findings into design direction.
  • AI-Native in Practice: Active use of AI tools, such as Figma AI and Claude, in live project workflows for synthesis, discovery, prototyping, and code generation.
  • Communication: Clear presentation capabilities, skill in facilitating cross-functional alignment, and the ability to defend design decisions using data and evidence.

What We Offer: The Toppings

  • Global collaboration at scale: Collaborate with experienced engineers and product partners across international teams, in a culture of active knowledge sharing.
  • Technology with real-world impact: Build and operate modern systems at global scale, supporting millions of customers and complex supply chain operations.
  • Technical/Product/Design leadership: Drive best practices and influence design quality, architecture, and ways of working in an autonomous, product-led setup.
  • End-to-end development/delivery: Drive decisions from problem definition to production, improving systems and enabling long-term scalability.
  • Access to workspace at Warsaw Centre Point: Modern facilities include showers, breakout zones, outdoor space, cycle parking, and refreshments including coffee, soft drinks, and fruit.
