Staff Product Manager, Benefits Platform (all genders)

Senior • On-site

39,000 - 63,000 PLN/yr

Warsaw, MZ, Poland

About the role

As a Staff Product Manager, you will own and evolve the benefit creation platform, which defines, configures, and governs every discount, voucher, and reward across global brands and channels. Leading a dedicated squad of engineers, you will transform this high-impact system into a flexible, scalable, and highly automated platform.

This is a foundational infrastructure role where you will design self-service tooling and robust governance rules, enabling marketing and commercial teams to safely launch campaigns without engineering bottlenecks. Your work will protect P&L margins while unlocking innovative, automated capabilities for future customer experiences.

What you’ll do

  • Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the global benefit and incentive platform, setting the path toward intelligent, automated creation tools.
  • Design scalable platform primitives and reusable building blocks to eliminate custom, one-off engineering for individual marketing campaigns.
  • Establish automated governance layers, including margin floors and stacking checks, to systematically protect business profitability.
  • Build intuitive back-office tooling that enables commercial and growth teams to configure standard campaigns independently.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across international teams and encourage adoption of a unified platform contract.
  • Evaluate and implement automation and smart interfaces where they bring the highest return on investment, balancing flexibility with system reliability.

What you’ll bring

  • Extensive platform product management experience, with a proven track record of building scalable internal tools, APIs, or foundational infrastructure rather than only user-facing features.
  • 6+ years of product management experience, operating at Senior or Staff level within complex systems across multiple markets or diverse business lines.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to align senior, cross-functional stakeholders and champion platform adoption without direct authority.
  • A background in commercial strategy or promotional economics is a strong advantage, enabling the design of business guardrails that balance marketing flexibility with P&L protection.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and technical architecture is highly valued for designing reliable automation and interpreting experiment data alongside engineering teams.

What we offer

  • Global collaboration at scale with experienced engineers and product partners across international teams, in a culture of active knowledge sharing.
  • Technology with real-world impact: build and operate modern systems at global scale, supporting 6+ million customers and complex supply-chain operations.
  • Technical, product, and design leadership: drive best practices and influence architecture, design, quality, and ways of working in an autonomous, product-led setup.
  • End-to-end development and delivery: drive decisions from problem definition to production, improving systems and enabling long-term scalability.
  • Access to a workspace at Warsaw Centre Point (Prosta 20), with modern facilities including showers, breakout zones, outdoor space, cycle parking, and refreshments.
