DORA Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify DORA BCCM control framework gaps within L3 Taxonomy.
• Analyze current BCCM controls against DORA regulatory requirements and technical standards.
• Perform regulatory gap assessments and evaluate adherence to DORA requirements.
• Lead workshops with cross-functional teams to gather input and validate findings.
• Coordinate activities across stakeholders of various seniority levels.
• Support the definition and alignment of business continuity and crisis management controls.

Requirements

• DORA subject matter knowledge, including the main regulation and regulatory technical standards with actionable requirements for financial entities.
• Experience in business continuity and crisis management (BCCM), IT service continuity management, or broader operational resilience.
• Experience working within financial entities or the banking sector.
• Experience performing regulatory gap assessments and evaluating compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ability to independently lead and coordinate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Very good command of spoken and written English.
