Strategic Solution Lead – DACH Region

Responsibilities

• Drive solutioning for complex deals involving multiple service lines and technical disciplines as part of RFI, RFP, and informal deal processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor for CxO-level deals.
• Translate complex business initiatives into creative, innovative business-technology solutions and ensure consistency across traditional solution boundaries.
• Create business and enterprise-wide transformation roadmaps aligned with the client’s strategic direction.
• Influence key stakeholders through inspirational storytelling focused on customer business value.
• Negotiate key topics during solution finalisation, internally and externally.
• Create and confidently deliver presentations to internal and external audiences, in person or through virtual conferencing and workshops.
• Work independently or as a team leader to solve complex problems while managing change and ambiguity.

Requirements

• Strong ability to develop customer value propositions that support solutions.
• Ability to present complex delivery and technical concepts to clients during whiteboarding and oral sessions.
• Comprehensive understanding of strategic technology partners, including VMware, SAP, Microsoft, Amazon, ServiceNow, and Google.
• Broad business acumen across several industries.
• Expert knowledge of applications, cloud architectures, hybrid and multi-cloud environments, and their management.
• Excellent communication skills, open-mindedness, analytical and conceptual ability, and a structured approach.
• Strong business-level English and German, spoken and written, in addition to any native language.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in ICT, business, engineering, or sciences.
• High sense of individual and team responsibility.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant internationally recognized industry and vendor certifications.
