Summary

This role involves bridging gaps in DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) within the control framework to enhance operational resilience and compliance. The primary goal is to assess regulatory adherence and implement necessary actions to improve business continuity and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in DORA BCCM related to the control framework in L3 in Taxonomy.
• Conduct regulatory gap assessments in relation to DORA standards.
• Lead and coordinate workshops with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Evaluate adherence to regulatory requirements and ensure actionable outcomes.

Must Haves

• Expertise in DORA regulations and regulatory technical standards.
• Experience in business continuity, crisis management, and IT service continuity management.
• Previous work within financial entities or the banking sector.
• Experience conducting regulatory gap assessments.
• Proven ability to lead workshops with diverse teams.
