E2E Process Architect

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end process excellence and continuous improvement across key value streams within and beyond the Business Hub.
• Define and maintain process architecture principles, standards, and documentation frameworks across the Business Hub.
• Develop and execute process improvement roadmaps across Business Areas and Global Functions aligned with industrialization priorities.
• Partner with senior process owners beyond hub boundaries to drive standardization and harmonization of processes.
• Maintain a cross-functional network of process and data owners to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Ensure process designs provide clear input to solution design by translating business needs into process requirements and functional capabilities.
• Drive identification and prioritization of process improvement opportunities with clear linkage to value creation, including efficiency, quality, working capital, and experience.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in process excellence, process architecture, or transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end process models, such as O2C, P2P, and S2P, and shared services / Business Hub environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset focused on measurable value creation.
• Experience operating in matrix and cross-functional environments.
• Very good command of spoken and written English.
