Test Lead (Oracle ERP)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute the Integrated Test Strategy and Test Plan for a large-scale Public Sector ERP project.
• Coordinate test preparation, scenarios, scripts, and traceability matrices across four distinct Public Sector Bodies (PSBs).
• Establish and administer Jira-based test processes, defect triage, prioritization, remediation tracking, and retesting.
• Oversee Solution Exposure, Data Validation, Solution Validation, and UAT activities while establishing clear test entry and exit criteria.
• Produce executive testing dashboards and readiness reports for Steering Committee governance and collaborate with cross-functional program leads.
• Travel to Dublin approximately once per month during planning, and as needed during critical UAT and Solution Validation phases, for workshops, kick-offs, and sign-offs.

Skills and qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ERP Test Management experience across SIT, UAT, and Data Migration validation phases.
• Solid experience with Oracle ERP, Oracle EBS, or Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Deep proficiency in Jira, or equivalent test management tools, for administration, defect tracking, and status dashboards.
• Strong governance and cross-organizational coordination skills, with a proven track record managing business testers.
• Experience in Public Sector or Shared Services transformation projects is nice to have.
