Integration Engineer (EDI / WMS)

Responsibilities

• Implement, test, and maintain integrations using REST API, SOAP, and EDI standards, including EDIFACT, XML, AS2, and SFTP.
• Monitor integration health and message flows; perform root-cause analysis and resolve integration errors.
• Provide daily Level 2 and Level 3 support to system users.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain database objects, queries, and stored procedures using T-SQL.
• Build new functionalities and custom reports for WMS and TMS systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize WMS, TMS, and IT integration processes.
• Prepare and execute integration and system functionality test plans.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in IT systems integration or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in T-SQL database development.
• Practical experience with API integrations, including REST and SOAP, and EDI protocols and standards.
• Domain knowledge in transport, shipping/freight forwarding, or logistics.
• Minimum B2 level English proficiency.
