Application Service Owner (French)

Your role

We are looking for an experienced Application Owner responsible for ensuring the end-to-end performance, stability, and quality of assigned applications. The role combines operational governance, performance monitoring, and coordination of delivery, ensuring that applications meet both technical and business expectations throughout their lifecycle.

Your tasks

• Own the overall performance and reliability of assigned applications, including technical and financial aspects
• Monitor and drive application KPIs and SLAs, including performance, availability, and cost
• Coordinate internal and external teams involved in application delivery and support
• Ensure smooth deployments and production readiness
• Oversee and coordinate data migrations and application changes
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting related to application performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and user satisfaction
• Support the integration of new technologies and evolutions in the application landscape
• Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, understanding needs and translating them into actionable improvements

Your profile

• Strong experience in application management or application support (RUN)
• Ability to understand business processes and application dependencies
• Experience with performance monitoring, SLA/KPI follow-up, and reporting
• Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks and propose improvements
• Ability to work in a complex, multi-team environment
• Strong proficiency in French (minimum B2) is essential
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

Nice to have

• Experience in application lifecycle management (build/run/transform)
• Knowledge of data migration or infrastructure environments
• Exposure to Agile or DevOps ways of working
• Experience in multinational delivery models
