Data Analyst (Process Mining, BI)

Your role

As a Data Analyst, you will lead complex process mining programs, ensure high-quality outcomes, support business transformation initiatives, and guide stakeholders in using analytical insights for continuous process improvement.

Your tasks

• Lead process intelligence projects across multiple clients
• Ensure high-quality outcomes, support business transformation initiatives, and guide stakeholders in leveraging analytical insights for continuous process improvement
• Manage and mentor consultants and analysts
• Plan workload and ensure delivery quality
• Translate business needs into solutions
• Oversee data models and analytics outputs
• Validate dashboards and insights
• Act as an escalation point and remove blockers
• Support executive communication and reporting

Your profile

More than 5 years of hands-on experience in:

• Process mining or BI tools, such as Celonis and Power BI
• SQL, data modeling, and data visualization
• ERP systems, including SAP and Oracle

Moreover:

• Understanding of finance processes: P2P, C2C, and R2R
• Strong storytelling and data presentation skills
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
• Very good written and spoken English
