Infrastructure Monitoring Analyst (with French)

Your role

You will be responsible for keeping a close watch on all key IT systems, carrying out routine checks, and reacting swiftly to any alerts and incidents. The role also includes handling initial troubleshooting for infrastructure issues.

Your tasks

• 24x7 monitoring of ticketing tools, applications, or monitoring tool consoles and taking actions according to defined processes
• First-level troubleshooting and resolution of auto-generated incidents for Server, Database, Storage, and Network technologies (PP, PM, P4 priority)
• Performing daily health checks and taking actions according to defined processes when anomalies are found
• Handling deployments in the production environment
• Calling out or escalating to LM or other stakeholders for incidents according to defined processes
• Coordinating, cooperating, and following up with resolving teams and internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing and sending daily, weekly, or monthly operations or status reports and presenting data to external stakeholders

Your profile

• Very good verbal and written French language skills (C1 level or higher) and communicative English (B2 level or higher)
• Customer support experience and a customer-focused attitude
• Very good IT knowledge, especially ServiceNow at a proficient level and Linux at least at an intermediate level
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in infrastructure monitoring or IT support, ticket dispatching, training new joiners, and reporting
