Junior Operations Integration Engineer

The Junior Operations Integration Engineer ensures the operability, stability, and continuous improvement of IT solutions in production (RUN). The role serves as a technical integrator, working with IT, production teams, and external partners to maintain service continuity and efficient deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the operability of RUN solutions, including CMDB updates, documentation, and management of obsolescence and vulnerabilities (MCO)
• Manage incidents and problems in line with ITIL v4 practices
• Ensure business continuity and service availability (PSI)
• Perform scheduled interventions, including occasional out-of-hours (HNO) activities
• Automate deployment processes and execute production releases as required
• Support solution delivery with Project Managers and ScrumOps teams
• Act as a technical bridge between development, operations, and infrastructure teams
• Apply DevOps best practices, including automation, security, and observability
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and system reliability

Required Skills & Experience

• Junior profile with initial experience in IT operations, production, or system integration
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, including incident and problem management
• Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, and monitoring
• Familiarity with production environments and RUN activities
• Basic understanding of CMDB, infrastructure, and application lifecycle
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in an international, multi-team environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with scheduling tools or deployment pipelines
• Exposure to cloud or hybrid environments
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools
