Workplace Engineer

Emagine is seeking a Workplace Engineer to join a collaborative and fast-paced project environment in Portugal. This role is ideal for a professional with 2–3 years of experience looking to grow within IT Infrastructure & Operations, with a strong focus on system administration and modern workplace technologies.You will support the management and optimization of workplace environments, ensuring smooth operation of devices, operating systems, and cloud-based tools. This position requires a hands-on technical profile, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a structured and service-oriented environment.Your Main Responsibilities:Provide support for workplace environments, including system administration and device managementAdminister and maintain Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and support macOS environmentsManage and support mobile operating systems, including Android and iOSDeploy and configure Windows 10/11 operating systems using MDTManage cloud-based workplace tools and environments (M365, AWS, etc.)Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Office)Work with endpoint management tools such as Intune and JAMFTroubleshoot incidents and ensure timely resolution of technical issuesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure stable and efficient IT operationsYou Bring:2–3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or similar rolesAdvanced knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)Experience with mobile device management (Android and iOS)Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud device managementExperience with MDT and operating system deploymentFamiliarity with Intune and JAMFStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsGood communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentFluency in English and SpanishNice to Have:Degree or certification as a Superior Technician in Computer Systems Management or similarExperience with AWS or other cloud platformsUnderstanding of modern workplace and endpoint management best practicesExperience working in international environmentsLocation & Eligibility:Candidates must be based in PortugalRemote roleAbout emagine:At emagine, we value diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities.
