IT Project Manager

Role context

We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Project Manager to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects, with a specific focus on serving and growing a portfolio of clients in the Middle East and MENA region.

You will bridge client needs and internal cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for delivery, profitability and building strong, long-lasting partner relationships.

This is more than a task-management role. The position requires ownership of project execution, identification of new business opportunities and contribution to AI-first project-management processes.

Scope of services

Order management and business development

• Create and manage work orders based on client requirements and team capacity.
• Prepare business proposals based on client needs and profitability calculations.
• Manage delivery timelines and ensure smooth order processing.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand partnerships strategically.

Team and resource management

• Monitor team capacity and allocate resources effectively across projects.
• Plan substitutions and manage ad-hoc team changes.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including access, approvals and NDAs.

Financial and administrative oversight

• Supervise data accuracy in billing systems and support invoicing.
• Monitor budget utilization and track worked hours against allocated budgets.
• Communicate discrepancies and issues promptly, and monitor client receivables.

Project execution and quality

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, including Analytics, Design and Dev.
• Gather and structure project-status updates from stream leaders to ensure clear data flow.
• Support resolution of daily project issues and manage pressure effectively.
• Support quality control for strategically important deliverables.
• Manage projects using agile methodologies, including 1- to 2-week sprints, in Jira and other project-management tools.

Stakeholder and risk management

• Build and nurture partner relationships, with an understanding of MENA cultural and business specifics.
• Manage risks proactively, including holiday and break availability across teams, vendors and clients.
• Keep stakeholders aligned on project goals through effective communication.

Process improvement

• Develop tools and processes supporting AI-first project management.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3+ years of project-management experience, preferably in a digital agency or technology environment delivering products involving UX/UI design, development and research.
• Experience working directly with Middle East and MENA clients, plus understanding of their business culture.
• Familiarity with project-management software, especially Jira and time-tracking tools.
• Understanding of modern technology capabilities and constraints.
• Written and spoken Polish and English at C1/C2 level.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of 10 to 15 members with a product-focused mindset.
• Full ownership of project execution and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to identify business opportunities.
• Understanding of budget management, profitability and reporting.

• B2B cooperation for independent contractors.
• Suggested commercial range: 15,000 to 17,000 PLN net + VAT per month, depending on experience, expertise, scope and availability.
• Remote cooperation.
• Apple- and Google Workspace-based environment.
