Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Snowflake AnalystResponsibilities:Elicit, analyse, validate and document functional and non-functional requirementsTranslate business needs into clear and structured IT solution requirementsAct as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment and transparency across stakeholdersExtract, analyse, visualise and interpret data from various sources to support requirements analysis and solution designPrepare data mappings and analyse relationships between different data sources and systemsPerform gap analysis between existing ('as-is') and target ('to-be') solutionsAnalyse and contribute to IT solution design together with architects and technical teamsDocument data flows, solution requirements and target-state solutionsDefine clear acceptance criteria for requirementsManage stakeholders and facilitate alignment across different parts of the organisationParticipate actively in team ceremonies and contribute to resolving issues within the teamSupport continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and development of team practices Requirements:Around 5 years of professional experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst or in a similar roleHands-on experience working with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platformsGood SQL skills and practical experience in data analysisExperience in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentationExperience in creating data mappings and documenting data flowsUnderstanding of IT solution design, system integrations and dependenciesExperience in defining functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteriaStrong stakeholder management skills and experience working across business and IT teamsVery good analytical and problem-solving skillsVery good command of English, both spoken and written Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
