Snowflake Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, validate and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and structured IT solution requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment and transparency across stakeholders.
• Extract, analyse, visualise and interpret data from various sources to support requirements analysis and solution design.
• Prepare data mappings and analyse relationships between different data sources and systems.
• Perform gap analysis between existing (as-is) and target (to-be) solutions.
• Analyse and contribute to IT solution design together with architects and technical teams.
• Document data flows, solution requirements and target-state solutions.
• Define clear acceptance criteria for requirements.
• Manage stakeholders and facilitate alignment across different parts of the organisation.
• Participate actively in team ceremonies and contribute to resolving issues within the team.
• Support continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and development of team practices.

Requirements

• Around 5 years of professional experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience working with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms.
• Good SQL skills and practical experience in data analysis.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation.
• Experience in creating data mappings and documenting data flows.
• Understanding of IT solution design, system integrations and dependencies.
• Experience in defining functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across business and IT teams.
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
