Business Analysis & Research Support

Responsibilities

• Support the identification, assessment, and prioritization of research use cases relevant to DataCore adoption.
• Gather, structure, and synthesize stakeholder inputs, survey findings, and workshop outputs.
• Conduct structured research and analysis to support business case development, value modelling, and roadmap recommendations.
• Support the translation of business requirements into platform, capability, and operating model considerations.
• Develop fact-based insights and recommendations to support project decision making.
• Support the assessment of research data and digital capabilities, including opportunities enabled by DataCore.
• Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations, investment rationale, and future-state vision materials.
• Support development of executive-level narratives linking business needs, platform capabilities, and expected value realization.
• Assist in defining roadmaps, implementation considerations, and key dependencies.
• Support planning, tracking, and coordination of project activities across workstreams.
• Maintain project governance materials, action logs, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Coordinate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and review sessions.
• Support progress reporting and communication with project stakeholders.
• Develop presentations, executive summaries, workshop materials, and supporting analyses.
• Support preparation of business case, budget submission, and roadmap deliverables.
• Ensure consistency, quality assurance, and version control across project outputs.
• Translate complex information into concise and visually effective communication materials.

Must Haves

• Minimum 4 years of experience in management consulting, IT consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, or project delivery within life sciences.
• Experience supporting technology-enabled transformation initiatives in large organizations.
• Ability to independently own analytical tasks and workstreams with senior guidance.

Nice to Haves

• Familiarity with DataCore or similar data management platforms.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and narratives.
• Strong analytical skills focused on data interpretation and business insights.
