The minimum annual gross compensation for this role is 25 760 PLN. Final pay is determined by experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility, and internal alignment.

Description

Join the Enterprise Enablement platform and take ownership of the design and evolution of a scalable platform supporting internal processes. Drive architectural decisions across multiple teams and domains, continuously improving developer experience, delivery speed, and platform reliability.

Play a key role in shaping technology strategy, promoting modern engineering practices, mentoring engineers, and raising technical standards across teams. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architecture and strategic influence, working closely with senior stakeholders and multiple engineering teams to improve how software is built, integrated, and delivered at scale.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Technical leadership & architecture

  • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems, including microservices, APIs, and integrations
  • Make and guide key architectural decisions across teams
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks in complex systems

Platform & delivery excellence

  • Shape CI/CD, DevOps, and engineering best practices
  • Support and improve system integrations across the organization
  • Ensure high standards in code quality, testing, and maintainability

Stakeholder & cross-team collaboration

  • Work with senior business and engineering stakeholders
  • Translate technical concepts into business impact
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams and domains

Mentorship & culture

  • Coach engineers and support their growth
  • Promote knowledge sharing and engineering best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on systems architecture, software development, and IT processes
  • 7+ years of experience in a senior IT role, preferably as an Enterprise Architect or similar leadership position
  • Proficiency in IT infrastructure, including cloud computing, networking, databases, and application development
  • Expert knowledge of integration patterns and practices
  • Expert understanding of software development lifecycle and software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
  • Strong proficiency in software design and architecture
  • Extensive experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Strong knowledge of software development tools and practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
  • Extensive experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design
  • Extensive experience with automated testing frameworks and tools
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to translate technical language for non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes
  • Expertise in machine learning, cybersecurity, or mobile development
  • Deep understanding of DevOps practices and tools
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers
  • Strong understanding of software security principles and best practices
