Network Technical Lead - Digital Solutions

As a Network Technical Lead within the Digital Solutions Chapter of Post Market Quality (PMQ), you will ensure the quality, safety, and performance of digital health solutions once they are in the hands of customers and patients.

The chapter supports a broad portfolio of cloud platforms, mobile applications, connected medical devices, and digital ecosystems. The work includes investigating complex product quality issues, customer complaints, and patient allegations; collaborating with Development, Regulatory, Medical, and global affiliates; determining technical root causes; and driving actions to continuously improve products.

The Opportunity

As a Network Technical Lead within the Digital Solutions Chapter of Post Market Quality (PMQ), you will lead the technical community responsible for a portfolio of Digital Solutions, ensuring the highest standards of quality, reliability, and patient safety after products reach the market.

• Provide technical leadership for the investigation and resolution of complex customer complaints, product quality issues, and patient allegations across the Digital Solutions portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional investigations involving software engineers, product teams, quality experts, and global affiliates to ensure timely, evidence-based root cause analysis.
• Enable teams to make sound technical decisions while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Identify trends from field experience and customer feedback, driving proactive improvements to product quality, reliability, and patient safety.
• Partner with Engineers and Sub Chapter leads to improve engineering practices, investigation approaches, and ways of working across the Digital Solutions Chapter.

Who You Are

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Solid background in healthcare, including pharma, diagnostics, digital solutions for medical devices, or in vitro devices, or in another highly regulated domain.
• Extensive experience in software engineering, software architecture, or technical leadership within complex cloud-based and distributed software environments.
• Demonstrated success leading through influence in matrix organizations and bringing diverse stakeholders together to achieve technical goals.
• Strong background in modern software development, cloud technologies, distributed systems, DevOps practices, or digital health solutions.
• Passion for coaching engineers, building technical communities, and developing people through mentorship rather than formal line management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound technical decisions in complex environments.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
