Role overview

Join the team to transform patient care using machine learning expertise. The role focuses on building innovative healthcare solutions with Python, TensorFlow/Keras or PyTorch, LLM frameworks, and data-analysis tools, while sharing knowledge with the team.

Requirements

  • Strong experience developing and deploying machine learning models
  • Strong knowledge of one Python machine learning framework: TensorFlow/Keras
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and presentation tools, including Matplotlib and Pandas
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Good knowledge of one LLM framework: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or PydanticAI
  • Good knowledge of object-oriented programming
  • Good knowledge of a popular Python web framework or library, such as FastAPI or Django
  • Fair knowledge of relational databases; non-relational database experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Unix systems and shell
  • Experience with CI/CD, deployment tools, and Git
  • Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Fluent written and spoken Polish

Nice to have

  • Experience with AWS or a similar platform
  • Experience with Docker

Responsibilities

  • Work with LLM models, NLP tools, and AI agents
  • Develop, integrate, and deploy machine learning models
  • Support backend development
  • Continuously share knowledge with the team

Recruitment process

  • Initial phone interview (20 minutes): discussion of experience and mutual fit
  • Recruitment task: a short task to complete within three working days
  • Technical interview (45–60 minutes): discussion of technical knowledge and the task solution with a senior team member
  • Culture fit meeting (20–30 minutes): discussion with the IT Team Manager and recruiter; professional work references requested
  • Meeting with the CEO (15 minutes): discussion of the organization’s vision, mission, and long-term goals
  • Decision and feedback after all stages are complete
