Senior Windows Authentication Engineer

About the role

Join the Authentication division of the Windows Servers Platform Team. The team provides and maintains Microsoft Active Directory authentication services across multiple forests and domains, LDAP authentication services, Microsoft Federation Services for single sign-on, and RSA MFA infrastructure for secure authentication.

Requirements

• Experience in distributed environments within a large enterprise
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure
• Strong Active Directory knowledge, including objects, attributes, GPOs, sites, and replication
• Experience with Azure Entra ID configuration and management
• Good experience with federation services (ADFS), claims, and metadata
• Strong PowerShell scripting knowledge
• Understanding of virtualization, networking, and storage
• Fluent English
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts, including incident, change, and problem management, and CMDB
• Teamwork, interpersonal, troubleshooting, communication, organization, customer-service, and fast-learning skills
• Ability to handle administrative tasks correctly and deliver under pressure

Preferred qualifications

• Experience managing RSA infrastructure
• Dutch and/or French
• Experience with Agile methodology and ServiceNow

Group Technology Services plans, builds, and runs global infrastructure and provides IT service management. The team operates IT systems and services to deliver agreed service levels for business processes during normal operations and disaster recovery.
