Feature Delivery Owner

We are looking for a Feature Delivery Owner to bring these innovations to life. Acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) towards GTS and CISO, you will ensure every feature is delivered seamlessly, securely, and in alignment with platform and regulatory expectations.

This role operates at the crossroads of delivery, platform engineering, and security, driving impactful outcomes in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end feature delivery, from initiation through design, build, test, and production release.
• Act as the primary interface with GTS and CISO, ensuring early engagement and smooth coordination of infrastructure and security requirements.
• Drive feature readiness and compliance with SDLC standards, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and governance controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering, architecture, product, platform, and security teams on priorities and timelines.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, particularly infrastructure and security constraints.
• Ensure production readiness, including non-functional requirements, security validations, and operational acceptance.
• Support release governance, including Go/No-Go decisions and deployment readiness.
• Provide clear, structured updates to stakeholders and partners.
• Improve delivery efficiency by reducing friction in GTS and CISO onboarding and approval processes.
• Contribute to a scalable, repeatable delivery model for innovation initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in IT delivery roles, including Feature Delivery, Project/Program Management, or similar.
• Proven experience in complex, cross-team environments involving internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Solid exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices.
• Good understanding of infrastructure/platform services (GTS) and security and compliance processes (CISO).
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across organizational boundaries.
