Team Manager & Country Lead

The Role

Join as a Team Manager and Country Lead in Poland, combining SaaS Managed Services delivery with local leadership. Lead a high-performing team of consultants and serve as the primary cultural and administrative representative in Poland.

This is a fully remote position in Poland and requires up to 15% business travel across EMEA.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the hiring and people-management strategy for the Managed Services team in Poland, aligning compensation, market knowledge, and local labor laws with company standards.
• Directly manage a high-performing team of experts and managers through accurate resource planning, capacity management, and individual performance management.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Managed Services teams to drive operational synergy.
• Engage directly with customers and act as the escalation and delivery lead for selected strategic accounts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall professional IT consulting experience, including recent employment at a global consulting or software company.
• 5+ years of direct experience managing a billable consulting or services team of at least 30 people within the local market.
• Proven track record of hiring and scaling professional teams in Poland or Central Europe.
• Clear, practical understanding of the Polish technology market and Polish labor law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Based in or around Poznan, Lodz, Warsaw, Krakow, or Wroclaw.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience living, studying, or working outside of Poland.

Interviewing

The hiring process includes:

• A conversation with the hiring manager
• A personality assessment
• A practical case exercise
• A final conversation with the group’s Senior Leader

Once all interviews are complete, the manager will be in touch with a final decision.

Compensation

Total compensation: 240,000–380,000 PLN.

Actual total compensation may vary based on experience, location, qualifications, and expected contributions. Total compensation may include variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
