Scope of services:

Account Management

• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships built on reliability, transparency, and value.
• Maximizing project profitability and contributing to revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Supporting new business sales processes.

Line Management

• Managing and developing the delivery team, ensuring high performance, engagement, and growth.
• Aligning team members’ career development with project opportunities to foster professional growth.
• Setting, reviewing, and managing individual performance goals and compensation to ensure fairness, motivation, and retention.

Delivery Management

• Overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring resource efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Managing project risks, resource allocation, and operational stability to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensuring project revenue and margin targets are met through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Managing changes in contracts, team composition, and service scope while maintaining profitability.

Required Skills

• Solid experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Business Manager, Business Unit Manager, Client Portfolio Manager, Account Manager, Line Manager or Team Leader.
• Relation-oriented attitude: communication skills, customer relationship, team management.
• Ability to lead by example, inspire and motivate your team.
• Experience in the professional services industry.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Polish.
• Readiness for work on-site at least 20% working time (Poznań).
• Readiness for international travel at least 10% working time.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the financial industry.
• Experience in blockchain projects.
• Additional foreign language at a communicative level (e.g. Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, German).

Recruitment Process

• CV Review.
• HR Screening with a member of the Talent Acquisition team to discuss the organizational structure, role requirements, culture, motivation, experience, and aspirations.
• Interview with the Delivery Director to meet the potential supervisor and discuss Delivery department challenges.
• Provide 3 contacts who can give recommendations.
• Final interview with the CEO.
