Scope of services

Account Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong, long-term relationships based on reliability, transparency, and value.
• Maximize project profitability and contribute to revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Support new-business sales processes.

Line Management

• Manage and develop the delivery team, ensuring high performance, engagement, and growth.
• Align team members’ career development with project opportunities.
• Set, review, and manage individual performance goals and compensation to support fairness, motivation, and retention.

Delivery Management

• Oversee project execution, ensuring resource efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Manage project risks, resource allocation, and operational stability.
• Meet project revenue and margin targets through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Manage changes in contracts, team composition, and service scope while maintaining profitability.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Delivery Manager, Business Manager, Business Unit Manager, Client Portfolio Manager, Account Manager, Line Manager, or Team Leader.
• Relationship-oriented approach, including communication, customer relationship, and team-management skills.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire and motivate a team.
• Experience in the professional-services industry.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Polish.
• Availability to work on-site in Poznań at least 20% of working time.
• Availability for international travel at least 10% of working time.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial industry.
• Experience in blockchain projects.
• An additional foreign language at a communicative level, such as Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or German.
