Associate Technical Consultant (Entry-Level)

The Technical Consultant Development Program (CDP) is an accelerated pathway that transforms early-career professionals into high-impact technical consultants—empowering you to write production code, build custom integrations, and deploy enterprise cloud and AI solutions that help global Life Sciences companies bring life-changing therapies to patients.

The Role

As a customer-facing Technical Consultant, you will build, customize, and deploy enterprise SaaS platforms and AI solutions directly to customers. Moving beyond theoretical advisory, this hands-on role gives you immediate ownership to translate complex business challenges into production-ready software systems for customers in Life Sciences. Comprehensive domain and technical training is provided at the start of the program, making this an accelerator for high-potential graduates eager to build a career at the intersection of enterprise cloud architecture and client-facing technical services.

The Program

• Ramp up quickly: Begin with an intensive, engineering-focused onboarding program designed to build technical expertise in the Vault Platform, APIs, and custom development, alongside consulting and customer-facing skills needed to engage clients and ship production code from day one.
• Learn by doing: Take on real engineering responsibility within your first three months, writing production code, building custom integrations, and working directly with customers to solve complex technical challenges.
• Thrive together: Learn alongside seasoned Technical and Migration Architects who guide you through complex system designs and provide actionable feedback on code and client delivery.
• Build your future: Fast-track your career from Associate to Consultant in less than two years, building a foundation in full-stack implementation, DevOps, and technical consulting while leading complex architecture projects with a global team.

What You'll Do

• Build solutions: Write production code, develop custom integrations using Java SDKs and APIs, build DevOps pipelines, and deploy AI tools on the Vault Platform.
• Architect and migrate: Work with migration architects to design custom backend logic, configure enterprise SaaS platforms, and execute complex data-migration scripts for global life sciences clients.
• Ship internal tooling: Develop developer-facing tools used globally across the engineering team to accelerate delivery workflows.
• Own technical delivery: Take on architectural responsibility from day one, mastering software engineering and client-facing technical strategy to progress from Associate to Consultant in under two years.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field with a strong technical background.
• Technical Foundation: Demonstrated experience in Object-Oriented Programming.
• Communication: Excellent technical storytelling skills and the ability to explain why a technical architecture or decision is right for a customer.

• Experience: Recent university graduate with a maximum of two years of postgraduate experience.

Nice to Have

• Languages: Experience with Python, C, HTML, Java, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS or Azure.
• AI Tools: Experience using AI-powered development tools or CLI assistants, such as Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar.

The Process

• Application: Submit a resume, short cover letter, and complete a personality test.
• Initial Response: Notification of the next step via email within one week.
• Interview & Technical Challenge: A 60-minute interview with a leader, followed by a 30-minute technical challenge delivered via CoderPad.
• Case: Following the coding challenge, complete a case exercise with a member of the services team. You will have three days to prepare.
• Decision: An offer or decision not to move forward will be provided within one week.
• Commitment: You will have two weeks to accept an offer. Once accepted, you are expected to join on the agreed start date.

Compensation

• Starting salary: 120,000 zł gross annually.
• After one year, strong performance is rewarded with a compensation increase and participation in the bonus program.

Work Authorization

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the European Union. Employment visa sponsorship is not provided for this position.

Work Environment

This is a remote role in Poland. To support regular in-person collaboration, skill development, and socialization, candidates must live within a 60-minute commute of Krakow, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.
