IT Project Manager

Key Details

• Rate: 130–150 PLN/hour net + VAT
• Start Date: ASAP
• Work model: Remote or hybrid from the Kraków office

Project

The primary project is focused on ServiceNow. Previous experience with ServiceNow-related projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Project Coordinator and Project Owner on the client side.
• Coordinate cooperation with the external implementation partner responsible for delivering new ServiceNow functionalities.
• Oversee project implementations, including business-critical functionalities such as dealer and customer product ordering processes.
• Collaborate closely with the client’s solution architects and other key stakeholders.
• Drive change management initiatives and ensure effective communication across all project participants.
• Coordinate the work of all teams involved in the project, monitoring progress and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Review and approve the delivery budget of the external implementation team.
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and executive summaries to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing or coordinating projects with budgets ranging from EUR 500K to EUR 1M.
• Proven experience working in Agile 2.0 and/or Scrum environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
• Solid understanding of the distinction between business ownership and project coordination responsibilities.
• Experience coordinating external vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in ServiceNow implementation or transformation projects is considered a strong advantage.
