Veeva CRM / Vault Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Veeva CRM / Vault Consultant with strong technical expertise in configuring and developing reports and dashboards using MyInsights / Xpages. The role combines technical delivery with consulting skills: analyzing client requirements, proposing optimal architectural and visual solutions, and implementing them across international Life Sciences projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop advanced reports, custom views, and dashboards based on MyInsights / Xpages and the Veeva CRM / Vault environment.
• Engage directly with pharma/Life Sciences business clients, gather requirements, and proactively recommend technology solutions.
• Build and optimize front-end components used in MyInsights dashboards using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and visualization libraries.
• Integrate and query data from Veeva Vault / CRM objects using VQL and REST API.
• Collaborate with an international project team of analysts, architects, developers, and testers in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ensure high quality, performance, and user experience of delivered reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing solutions using Veeva CRM / Vault and MyInsights / Xpages.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to write data queries and handle API integrations, such as VQL, REST API, and SQL.
• Previous project experience in the Life Sciences / Pharma industry.
• Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to propose optimal client solutions.
• Strong English skills, at least B2 level, for business communication and teamwork in international environments.
• Readiness to work under a B2B contract.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks and visualization libraries, such as React, Vue, Chart.js, and D3.js.
• Veeva CRM / Vault or Salesforce certifications.
• Experience in advanced data modeling and VQL/SQL query performance tuning.

• B2B contract; rate negotiated individually, up to 200 PLN net/hour plus VAT.
