Veeva Platform Solution Architect

Salary: 210 PLN/h (B2B)

We’re looking for an experienced Veeva Vault Solution Architect to join a global Life Sciences program and act as the bridge between architecture strategy and delivery execution.

What You’ll Do

• Translate high-level architecture into detailed, build-ready solution designs for Veeva Vault configuration and integrations.
• Create solution design documents, data flows, and integration specifications.
• Ensure architectural consistency across configuration, integration, testing, and compliance workstreams.
• Support impact assessments and guide delivery teams during sprint execution.
• Contribute to reusable design patterns and best practices across multiple Veeva Vault applications.
• Collaborate closely with Architects, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders in a global environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6+ years of experience in Solution Design, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Platform delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault configuration and/or integrations.
• Strong understanding of Vault objects, lifecycles, workflows, and integration concepts, including Vault-to-Vault Connections, APIs, and MuleSoft.
• Experience creating solution design documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Knowledge of GxP-regulated environments and validation considerations.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working across multiple Veeva Vaults: Clinical, RIM, Quality, Safety, Medical, CRM.
• Background in a Veeva CoE/shared platform environment.
• Familiarity with TOGAF, ArchiMate, C4 Model, or other architecture frameworks.
• Veeva Vault and/or TOGAF certification.

• Ability to translate architectural vision into practical solutions for delivery teams.
• Comfortable working with globally distributed teams across Europe, India, and the US.
