IT Business Analyst

CIB’s Tech Hub in Poland is a fast-growing response to the increasing demand for IT services within Global Banking, Securities Services and IT Production.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system-design elements.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and developers; facilitate team interaction.
• Manage change requests related to project plans to maintain commitment to agreed deadlines.
• Provide progress evaluations covering outstanding milestones, current status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.
• Design and execute test scenarios.
• Ensure appropriate documentation is available for end users and IT Support.
• Identify internal process improvement areas and propose solutions.

Requirements

• Required: knowledge of Multifonds Global Investor.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good project-management and complex problem-solving skills.
• SQL knowledge is an asset.
• Self-motivation, proactivity and ability to work under time pressure.
• Communication and presentation skills for audiences of different sizes and seniority levels.
• Fluent English as a working language; French is nice to have.
