Business / System Analyst

Remote work with business travel to France

Rate: 120–160 PLN/h (B2B contract via Harvey Nash)

Duration: until the end of 2026

Tasks

• Reconstruct full documentation for a legacy merchant-facing application that currently has no dedicated product owner, including features, user flows, validation rules, integrations, data dependencies, known issues, and test cases.
• Assess each documented feature against the target platform.
• Design the merchant migration process from the legacy application to the target platform.
• Work jointly with the target platform product manager to place the legacy application retirement on the roadmap.

Requirements

• A few years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, and/or Product Ownership related to business customer-facing software, such as e-commerce or marketplaces.
• Experience reverse-engineering and documenting legacy software.
• Experience with software product migration or decommissioning.
• Experience in international projects.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Fluent French.
• Experience with French business culture.
