S3 Connected Health is a digital health company headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. Its team of clinicians, behavioral scientists, and technologists develops platforms for remote patient monitoring, medication adherence, and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and understand business needs and customer expectations through interaction with customers, project stakeholders, and healthcare-domain experts worldwide.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Translate business and user requirements into user stories and system requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog to maximize value delivery.
  • Work with the development team to support accurate delivery of business requirements and customer needs.
  • Support implementation of productivity-improving processes without unnecessary complexity.
  • Communicate with clients and team members at all organizational levels to solve complex business and process challenges through written, verbal, and visual communication.
  • Proactively resolve issues within timelines, technology limitations, budgets, and resource constraints.
  • Work in an Agile environment.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in a customer-facing System Analyst role on large, highly scalable enterprise-system projects, ideally in healthcare.
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
  • Organizational and business awareness, including customer focus and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail in high-pressure situations.

Additional Advantage

  • Experience with UML and BPML.
  • Experience defining medical systems.
  • Experience with usability testing and customer acceptance testing.
  • Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 13485, and FDA certification requirements.
