Senior Product Designer

Description

The Omnichannel team designs how customers connect messaging channels—WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, Instagram, and future channels—and how agents work across them from one inbox. The work covers the full channel lifecycle: connection, settings and permissions management, provider-side error handling, and consistent, reliable channel experiences.

As a Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design of channel experiences. You will work with product management and engineering to turn technical, API-driven constraints into simple, reliable customer experiences, using research, prototyping, and hands-on validation against real APIs and product flows to support engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Design how customers connect, configure, and manage messaging channels from initial setup through day-to-day use.
• Own the full design lifecycle, from research and prototyping to pixel-perfect execution.
• Create clear, consistent patterns for errors, statuses, and edge cases across channels.
• Maintain the structure and hygiene of Figma files as an accurate source of truth.
• Identify user needs, monitor channel-partner platform changes, and recommend investment opportunities.
• Partner with the product manager and engineers as the reference for design and UX decisions.
• Use product analytics and user feedback to validate hypotheses and measure design outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior experience as a solo designer with end-to-end ownership of outcomes.
• Skills using Figma and user-testing/insights tools.
• Strong UI foundation and solid UX experience focused on intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Ability to turn quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable design strategies and visual boards with charts, inspiration, and key takeaways.
• Technical mindset, including comfort reading third-party API documentation, such as Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform documentation, and testing designs against real API responses and live product flows before handoff.
• Ability to connect design work with product strategy and business goals, identify challenges early, and address them proactively.
• Ability to use AI for drafts, prototypes, first-pass copy, and agents or tools that reduce routine work.
• Proven ownership of projects from ideation through launch.
• Clear, effective communication with stakeholders and management.
• Collaborative approach and enjoyment of working with others.

How We Work

The team works in a hybrid model: remotely when appropriate and onsite when needed. Once per quarter, the full team spends five working days together at the Wrocław office for focused execution, unblocking work, and driving key outcomes. The office is open year-round.

Contract

B2B (self-employed) contract. A registered business in selected EU countries is required, either already established or possible to register in your country.
