Full Stack Engineer, AI

Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer – AI Systems to build product features that turn AI technology into practical solutions. You will create systems that allow AI agents to plan tasks, use tools, recover from errors, and provide reliable results for users.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop complete product features across frontend, backend, and AI services.
• Design AI agent workflows that can plan, use tools, handle errors, and complete tasks in several steps.
• Connect large language models, memory, and external tools to create reliable AI systems.
• Build real-time AI features with streaming responses, partial results, and fast performance.
• Improve system reliability, monitoring, and backup solutions when failures happen.
• Work closely with machine learning, backend, and product teams to deliver new features.
• Continuously improve the product based on user feedback and production results.

Requirements

• Strong experience with both frontend and backend development.
• Good understanding of system design and API development.
• Experience working with large language models, RAG systems, or AI-based applications.
• Ability to solve unclear problems and make practical technical decisions.
• Strong ownership of projects from the first idea to production.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
