Product Engineer

About this role

This is a technical, product-focused role for someone interested in building a developer tool. You will take ownership of complex projects from ideation and scoping through execution and maintenance, with end-to-end influence over what is built.

Users rely on the product daily, so you will communicate with them to ensure their needs are met. Every team member responds to support tickets and participates in PagerDuty.

Work may span Heroku/AWS, PostgreSQL/Redis, Ruby/Rails, JavaScript/TypeScript, and multiple CI systems. Experience with some of these technologies and willingness to learn the rest are expected.

• Creating and analyzing analytics to evaluate alternative pricing models

About you

• 4+ years of professional experience, preferably including a Product/DevTool Engineer role
• Proficiency in writing pragmatic, performant code and making appropriate trade-offs
• Ability to design public APIs, developer tools, and user experiences
• Data-driven approach to evaluating alternatives and selecting promising solutions
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to deliver projects in an experiment-oriented environment
• Ability to self-direct and work on complex projects
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
• Preferred location: Kraków, Poland

• B2B contract
• 15–18k PLN net per month
• 20 days off per year
• PagerDuty compensated
